What We Do
Most employers across Canada pay workers compensation premiums to the workers compensation board in their province. These premiums are levied based on an employer’s size, claims experience and industry risk.
Each year, an employer is charged a dollar amount payable to the workers compensation board in their province for each $100 of their payroll. These rates can range from under $1.00 to over $5.00 per 100 dollars of company payroll including province specific rebate/surcharge plans. This can translate into a significant annual cost for employers.
Bryngelson & Associates Inc. is a family owned and operated business that specializes in reducing workers compensation costs for Canadian employers. Our knowledge and experience with workers compensation legislation and policy in all provincial jurisdictions set us apart and allows us to serve employers of all sizes, including employers with multi-province operations. Our associated medical doctors work with us to appeal workers compensation claims that involve medical issues. We are authorized to represent employers in Ontario, which requires a specialized designation.
